Initiate To Soldier : This doesn't take much. Just to prove your loyalty. Be in the guild a minimum amount of time and the promotion should come about.
Soldier to Member : Some contribution to the guild must be involved for this promotion to happen. Donations to the bank, helping the guild in general etc. Acts that have been looked upon as good by the officers.
Member to Veteran : To aquire this rank you must have done all of the above and be at the level cap of 70. You must also be contributing to the guild in another way such as attending raids / guild runs, maybe even grinding consumables.
